Wine cellar Gajaudo Isolabona (Imperia)

With an yearly production of over thousand hectolitres DOC wine, Gajaudo counts among the most important wine estates in the Western Riviera. The wine cellars Cantine del Rossese in Dolceacqua are well worth a look, including a tasting of many excellent Ligurian wines accompanied by a snack.

Here the famous Rossese wine is produced along with two typical Ligurian white wines: a sweet-scented Pigato and a light fruity Vermentino, typical of the sun-drenched region surrounding Imperia.
