Legend has it that an eagle stole a tablecloth from a local noble dining and dropped it where the town was supposed to rise. Indeed, the town’s coat of arms has an eagle holding a cloth in its claws. Walk the narrow streets in the old town with its round arch doorways, 23 medieval guilds buildings, small churches and chapels.
