Nature-sanctuary 'Lo Zingaro', Scopello and San Vito Lo Capo – Castellammare del Golfo (Trapani)

The first nature sanctuary in Sicilia is not only precious per se but also because of the vegetation, flowers and of course the archaeological grotto Uzzo which is the location of one of the first prehistoric settlements. It all in all is a charming landscape with its long trails and the beach and bays with chrystal blue water where one definitely should have a swim. For those who are realy into hiking we recommend the 6km long way starting at Scopello going on to alter Baglio and ending at San Vito, a fishing and holiday village.
