Monaco – Montecarlo and Sanremo

Departure from the hotel at around 8.00 a.m.; we take the highway to Monaco. Our tour in the Principality starts with a visit to the old town and the Prince’s palace on the fortress. Here you can enjoy the “Montecarlo Story”, a very interesting multivision show on the history of the Principality. Our tour in the old part of the town includes a visit to the cathedral hosting the graves of the princes family. Later we witness the ceremony of the changing of the guard that takes place every day at 11.55. In the exotic garden of Monaco you will see over 6000 exotic plants and from here you will enjoy a spectacular view over the town and the coastline of Monaco. Later we head for `Hotel de Paris`, `Café de Paris` and the Casino, where we can stop off. Late in the afternoon we drive to Sanremo, the capital of the “Riviera dei Fiori”. Here we make a stroll through the romantic old town, the Casino, the Russian Orthodox church and wonderful shops. In the evening we drive back to the hotel.
