Lanciano and the “Trabocchi” coast

Tour of Lanciano, one of the most beautiful art cities of the region, famous for its markets, which attracts traders from all over the Mediterranean. Possibility to organise a light lunch on a trabocco, an old fishing machine (to be quoted extra). In the afternoonthe tour will bring you to the abbey San Giovanni in Venere, which stands on the foundations of a pagan temple dedicated to the goddess of love. Return towards the southern coast of the Abruzzo region along a unique section of the coast called Costa dei Trabocchi.
In the afternoon, tour of Scanno, famous for its handicrafts and for the ancient tradition of its inhabitants.
