The Pasticceria of Maria Grammatico is one of the pastries with the most tradition. It tells the history of a young girl who, after the war, grew up at an abbey. The monks of this abbey showed her the ancient traditions to make pastries. Even today Maria Grammatica still makes her pastries after the recipes of these monks. Starting at the classical almondpastry going on to the “Belli e Brutti” and definitely not ending at the eastersquiggles she offers everything a person who has a sweet tooth can wish of.
