Homemade pasta has become one of Italy′s most renowned symbols. Everywhere in the world tortellini, lasagne and cannelloni recall the authentic Italian, delicious, healthy cuisine. The tradition of pasta making is to be found all over the country, yet there are places where it has deeper roots, for instance in Valeggio sul Mincio, a town located south of Verona. You visit the workshop run by Remelli family where you see how the different types of pasta are made with genuine and excellent ingredients. Visitors can try and make their favourite pasta.
