Gargano tour

Sightseeing on the Gargano peninsula. In detail you will visit: the medieval Borgo Monte Sant’Angelo with strolls through the little streets of the city centre, followed by the impressive pilgrim’s church of San Michele, built on the site where the archangel appeared to Lorenzo Maiorano, Bishop of Siponte who decided to dedicate him the sacred building. The tour takes you further to the heart of the region: San Giovanni Rotondo, home of the famous Padre Pio. Last but not least, the Foresta Umbra: Italy‘s most beautiful beech wood, known as the jewel of the Gargano and of the whole Apulia region.
