Enoteca Internazionale – Monterosso (Cinque Terre)

The Enoteca Internazionale lies in the heart of Cinque Terre among the steep slopes dominated by the wine yards of the “Bianco Cinque Terre” and the famous (but rare) “Sciacchetra“.

The location of the wine yards on these steep coastal strip forces farmers to use a cultivation method primarily based on handwork. Small rack-rail trains are used to transport the wine grapes to the cellar. The Enoteca Internazionale is the oldest wine cellar in Monterosso.

• The enoteca is run with passion and skill by the Barbieri family and displays national and international wines, not to mention the noble wines of the Cinque Terre. Here you can taste wines and local products to enjoy a breathtaking view over the flavour world of the Cinque Terre, a culture boasting a long enogastronomic tradition.
