Antibes and Cannes

Our tour takes us along the coastline until we reach Antibes; we stop off at the beautiful yachts port dominated by the fortress “Le Carré” . We take a stroll on the “ramparts”, the 17th century city wall boasting a wonderful view over Nice and the Maritime Alps. We visit the old town, the Chateau Grimaldi and the Picasso Museum lodged inside the castle, which houses most of the artist’s works from 1946.

Later we head along the coast through Juan le Pins and Golfe Juan, up to Cannes, the pearl of CÔte d’Azur. The promenade “de la Croisette” with its famous hotels and boutiques takes us to the film festival palace. Rue d”Antibes is a shopping mall inviting guests to do shopping. Directly off the shore of Cannes are the Lerin Islands, offering a dramatic wooded landscape, 11th century cloisters but also the fortress where the “Man in the Iron Mask” was imprisoned .. You will never forget this tour!
